Inkwell Drop — how a falling drop of ink handles your data.
Draft. This policy is a working draft pending final review and the selection of the analytics and advertising providers named below.
Inkwell Drop has no accounts and no logins. We do not collect your name, email, or any information that identifies you personally. The game works entirely in your browser; a few anonymous gameplay events help us understand how the game is played and keep it running.
The game saves small preferences and progress locally in your browser (your best depth, sound/music settings, whether you have removed ads, whether you have seen the tutorial, and your privacy choice). This never leaves your device unless described below.
If you accept analytics, the game sends anonymous events such as when a run starts and ends, the depth reached, and which features you used (revive, share, settings). These events carry no personal identifiers — only an anonymous, device-local run counter. They are processed by our analytics provider, [provider to be named]. You can decline or withdraw this consent at any time from the in-game Settings → Privacy menu.
The game may show ads to support development. On the web these are served by [ad provider to be named]. In regions that require it, a separate, certified consent prompt governs personalized advertising. You can buy “Remove Ads” to turn ads off.
Inkwell Drop is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
You may accept or decline analytics at first launch and change that choice anytime in Settings → Privacy. Clearing your browser storage erases all locally saved data, including your privacy choice.
